Volunteers Needed

Soccer Chelsea is a non-profit, membership soccer club, operated by volunteers. To keep registration fees affordable and offer quality programming, the club depends upon members and their families volunteering their time and expertise. We are currently seeking volunteers for the following:

HELP OUT WITH THE TEAMS
 Coach
 Assistant coach
 Manager

Girls ___		 Volunteers are needed for all age groups; please indicate the age group you are interested in.  Soccer Chelsea offers coach training and provides technical support to coaches throughout the season.  Coaches and assistant coaches are encouraged to attend all training sessions (Check our website for dates).  Managers assist the Coaches with the team administration.  All team personnel are required to complete a police check and obtain a coach identity card.  For more information, contact: Technical Coordinator (Kathleen MacKinnon – 819-455-1110 or kathleen(dot)mackinnon(at)sympatico(dot)ca). 
 Boys Coordinator Assists Technical Coordinator with organization of technical programs.  Communicates with coaches and maintains an overview of all boys’ teams from U10 to U18. 
 Girls Coordinator Assists Technical Coordinator with organization of technical programs.  Communicates with coaches and maintains an overview of all girls’ teams from U10 to U18. 

U6 
Coordinator

  Communicates with U5/6 coaches, teams and players throughout the season.  Recruits coaches and establishes teams in conjunction with coaches. Soccer skills not required.
 U10 Boys Coordinator
 U12 Boys Coordinator
 U16/18 Boys Coordinator
 		 Communicates with coaches, teams and players of a specific age group and gender throughout the season. Involved in the team selection of players for all teams of that specific age group and gender.  Soccer skills not required. Computer skills an asset
SPECIAL EVENTS
 Special Events Throughout the year the Club hosts special events, such as BBQs, end of season events, coaches’ breakfast, upgrading fields etc.  Have limited time but want to get involved – this may be the one for you!
