Welcome to the Soccer Chelsea Income Tax Receipts Page

Your 2009 income tax receipts (for players age 4 to 16 who played in the summer of 2009 and/or the winter of 2009-2010) are now available.

Your income tax receipts can be obtained using the following procedure:

• Enter the phone number of the person who paid for the registration fees.
• The system will email you your tax receipt in a PDF attachment (and your access code).
  • If you have any problems with the provided PDF attachment, you can optionally view your receipts by entering the access code provided in the email.

Check you spam/junk mail folder

NOTE: If you do not receive the email with your access code within 24 hours, please check for it in your spam/junk mail folder. If your email address has changed or you are having difficulty, you can contact us using information*soccerchelsea.ca .
