Income Tax Receipts

Welcome to the Soccer Chelsea Income Tax Receipts Page

Your 2011 income tax receipts (for players age 4 to 16 in 2011 who played in the summer of 2011 and/or the winter of 2011-2012) are now available.

Note for winter part-time players: Soccer Chelsea issues a receipt for each player but it is up to the parents to ensure that they qualify for the tax rebate (to qualify, a player must have played a minimum of eight consecutive weeks, see the CRA website for details).

Your income tax receipts can be obtained using the following procedure:

• Enter the phone number of the person who paid for the registration fees.
• The system will email you your tax receipt in a PDF attachment (and your access code).
  • The PDF attachement will have multiple pages if you have more than one receipt 
  • If you have any problems with the provided PDF attachment, you can optionally view your receipts by entering the access code provided in the email.

NOTE: If you do not receive the email with your access code within 24 hours, please check for it in your spam/junk mail folder. If your email address has changed or you are having difficulty, simply fill out the contact us form (bottom of this page).
