1. If a game has not started yet and the field is soaked with water, a storm or darkness is involved, it is the organizing committee who will decide if the game will be played or not. For a game already started, the referee will decide whether to continue or not.
 
2. If a game has not started yet and the soccer field is soaked with water, a storm or darkness is involved and it results that the game cannot be played, the result will be decided through penalty shots. 

We will proceed with the penalty shots as follow:

  • ONLY 5 penalty shots will be granted to each team.
  • If the result of the penalty shots is equal, the game will be considered as a tie. A result of 0-0 will be registered on the scoring board if NO goal was scored, 1-1 if AT LEAST ONE GOAL was scored by each team and 1 point will be registered in the standing for each team;
  • If there is a winning team, a result of 1-0 will be registered on the scoring board and 3 points will be registered in the standing for the winning team.

The date, location and time that the penalty shots will take place, will be determined by the organizing committee.
 
3. If a game has already started and the soccer field is soaked with water, a storm or darkness is involved and it results that the game cannot be continued, the result of the game at the time it was stopped, whatever time was elapsed, will be used for the final result of the game.
 
4. The organizing committee can change the time, duration and/or the location of a game
